it's about time...

My mother is calling it quits after 39 years of teaching. Finally, she gets what she deserves – an extended vacation to do things she wants to do….
Aka – spend time with the grandkids, volunteer, come visit me and finish my quilt :)

Let this be a reminder to all of us to appreciate those who 'teach your children well' and make impacts on their lives, year after year after year. Not because of the paycheck, but because they care about kids, and not only their education but their quality of life.

My Mom, Dr. Roth and Kathy Stahl are all retiring this year and taking over 100 years of experience with them.  Pioneer held a big hoopla in the school gymnasium to celebrate all of their years of hard work and dedication to Bismarck's youth.
The local news even did a spotlight on the Pioneer Team.

My Mom, the celebrity!
I don’t think she is excited at all.
Thank you for being a great teacher in my life, one role you are not allowed to retire from :)
Well played and a job well done Mom!
Love you!
