We had yet another fun weekend with friends visiting from Utah.. If you haven't come to visit yet, you should think about it...... get in line.. the list is only growing - as my parents are next!!!! But this weekend Chelsea, Bridget, Kortney and I drove to Temecula (about 90 miles from RB but in a new car :) just a hop, skip and a jump) to visit wine country... Be-u-tiful country - hills, trees, green and green!!
It almost seemed like the landscape was out of a story book..... but then i got cold and wanted to run upstairs to grab my jacket................... :)
If you have never been, I suggest you go... especially if you like wine. It gives you the opportunity to taste how and why wines are different... taste wines you would not normally be able to afford and meet a bunch of people with similiar interests. Some, of course, are more similiar than others, but that is anywhere you go.....
For instance, the folks that took our picture here were missing when we first sat down.... We only knew someone should have been there because the gal left her Coach bag on her chair to save their table. You know you are in good company when you don't have to worry about a purse snatcher in the midst......
We all tossed around the idea of relocating to the house on the hill but then evaluated our commute and decided to stay put or........................
At the end of the day, we only had time for two wineries - but time enough for a taste of Temecula!

maybe when i come visit again we can take the new ride to disneyland? i've never been...and i'm not sure that i really want to go. i'm just trying to think of places you could drive me to.
